On September 13, we gathered along the Platte River for something pretty special.

A day to step away from the noise, move our bodies, breathe a little deeper, connect with one another and simply be.

There was movement and stillness.

Laughter and quiet. Good food, meaningful conversations and moments to reconnect with ourselves.

Yoga on the Platte was created as a day to come back to yourself-and watching it unfold into exactly that, was more than I could have hoped for.

Rooted. Restored. Renewed.

This was Yoga on the Platte 2026.

Grounding Yoga Sessions

We moved together in a way that welcomed every body and every level-creating space to breathe, soften, challenge ourselves, and simply notice how we felt. No pressure. No expectations. Just movement that brought us back to ourselves.

Wellness Workshops

Throughout the day, we explored different ways to slow down and reconnect-from mindful movement and Ayurveda to sound baths, mediation, fascia release and time spent in nature. Each experience offered something a little different, with space to take exactly what was needed.

Nourishing Lunch

We gathered around the table for a beautiful lunch, good conversation and time to simply enjoy one another. Some of the best moments of the day weren't scheduled at all-they happened in the conversations, laughter, and connections in between.

Curated Gift Bag & Closing Ceremony

We ended the day together in a circle-reflecting, sharing, and choosing a stone without knowing its meaning first. A simple reminder that sometimes we choose exactly what we need. One final breath together, and a beautiful ending to a day we'll carry with us.
